Science-Backed Therapy, Rooted in Genuine Connection
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who works with high achievers, entrepreneurs, and driven professionals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, depression, and the chronic stress of having to always be “on.”
I especially enjoy supporting high-performing individuals in fields like finance, tech, healthcare, and the startup world. I understand the emotional toll of operating in high-pressure environments where the expectations are constant, and there’s rarely time or space to pause, let alone process.
In therapy, I bring a warm, engaged, and collaborative presence. Clients often tell me it’s helpful to have a space where they can slow down and untangle what’s been swirling in their minds and connect it to something deeper. My style is active and attuned. I’m here to be in this with you. Together, we work toward something many clients have never experienced before: a more grounded, openhearted way of being– not just functioning better, but feeling more alive and connected on the inside.
I often work with individuals who tend to overthink, shut down, or stay in their heads when things feel overwhelming. My approach is grounded in the science of how our brains and nervous systems respond to stress and connection. Instead of just talking about emotions, we slow down and tune in to what’s happening in real time in your body, your reactions, and your relationships. This process helps build emotional awareness and resilience from the inside out, so meaningful change can take root and last.
Outside the therapy room, I help other therapists expand their reach and connect with the clients who need them most. I’ve supported over 30 therapists in building thriving practices through ethical marketing, storytelling, and thoughtful media strategy.
I'm a contributor on Psychology Today and frequently collaborate with journalists to share human-centered perspectives on emotional wellness. My insights have been featured in outlets such as Huffington Post, Yahoo! Life, Marie Claire, and more.
